Do I need to book?
Yes, bookings are essential!
Bookings can be made online and payment is required to make the booking.

Are the courses only for children?
No, we have over 10 courses for all age! Please discover our attractions here
Are there lockers?
Yes! Lockers are free and not guarded to use but in limited quantity. We recommend bringing along only what you need for your session (pouch or small bag).
When can I do my reservation?
The reservation is required until 06.00 am before the date, here.
If you have a voucher (not Parcoavventura.it), the reservation is required 2 work days before the date.
I’m only a visitor. Do I have to pay to get in?
The access is free for spectators to visit.
What course can i do? Are there height or weight restrictions?
Yes, our maximum weight is 110kg to participate. The courses are based on the age of the participant, and each participant must be of age to attempt the course.
The tickets guarantees the access for all courses.

How much time do I need to do the courses?
We want you to complete as many as your session allows! Participants will have 3-hours of climbing time (or full day, if you choose this ticket). On average participants will complete all courses, but this also depends on what level of difficulty they choose and number of customers we have climbing around you too!
What should I wear?
Participants are required to wear enclosed shoes, such as sneakers, in order to participate. We recommend weather appropriate clothing, suitable for both the harness and physical activity. We do not recommend crop-tops, shorts and skirts that can ride up when worn with the harness. Long hair must be tied back. Gloves aren’t provided but you’re welcome to bring your own gloves or purchase your own pair at reception.
Can I cancel my reservation?

What happens if it rains?
Adventure Parks close during raining, thunderstorms and strong winds. Please refer to our refund policy in our terms of use page.
Are tickets available on Reception?
The reservation is required, so you can’t enter without booking. Our discount and promo are available only online.
Does an istructor follow me?
Our istructors will do a briefing before climb the trees. They will be available on the ground.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes! Pets are allowed with leash.
Should I accompany minors?
Minors must be accompanied by adults in the Adventure Park area, but adults can do not the courses.
Can people with disabilities enter to the Park?
Acrobatic courses required adeguate psyco-physical skills. To access in safety, our routes have access restrictions derive from normative anche technical standards.
